The electrified serrated blade is a weapon mod in Fallout 4.
Effects[]
When equipped on a Chinese officer sword, the weapon increases its base damage from 16 to 28 as well as gains both traits of the serrated and electrified blade mods: inflicting 15 points of energy damage and the bleeding status effect dealing 2 points of damage per second for 5 seconds, per hit.

The electrified blade modification cannot be found in the game world. It may appear equipped on Chinese officer swords that have a rare chance to spawn with raiders at high levels as well as appearing in Arturo Rodriguez's vendor inventory at the market in Diamond City. It can also be crafted at a weapons workbench.
