Elaine was captured shortly before the Warrior's arrival as part of a group of humans. She may have lived in Quincy, at least for some time.[1] She looks almost human, but has all the abilities of a ghoul. When the Warrior liberated her, she reveals that General Barnaky is also in this area, and that the robots did something terrifying to him.

Don't know if you noticed, but they're cutting up the humans here so you better watch out.
