Quick walkthrough [ ] Detailed walkthrough [ ] When approaching the gate of the NCRCF , one will likely encounter the gate guard, Dawes . In order to gain entrance, the player character must hand over 100 caps . They can either pay the requested sum, pickpocket the key from Dawes, or simply kill him for the key. If the player character has completed Run Goodsprings Run , Joe Cobb will inform them that Dawes will now allow free entry.
Upon entering, Eddie can be found in the NCRCF administration building on the 2nd floor. Upon speaking with Eddie, the player character will receive the quest I Fought the Law .
