East Mountain lookout is a location in the Savage Divide region of Appalachia in 2102. It is situated northwest of Kerwood mine and east of US-13C Bivouac.
Layout
The tower has an explosives crate and a port-a-potty at its base. Planters containing an assortment of Appalachian flora line the stairs up the tower that can be harvested for their contents. The top of the tower has two cooking stations (one inside and one outside on the balcony), and a locked footlocker (Picklock 1). A double bed with two civilian corpses is all that remains of the tower's previous occupants.
