Earl Boen (August 8, 1941 - January 5, 2023) was an actor who voiced various characters in Fallout Tactics and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel.
He is perhaps best known for the role of criminal psychologist Dr. Peter Silberman in the Terminator series.
