Dutchman's instructions is a paper note in Fallout 4.
Location
Dutchman's instructions are found on Dutchman, a corpse in Bedford Station. It hints towards a blue barrel full of gear that is located in the blue rail car northeast of a body mentioned in the note. It is highlighted by a Railroad symbol on the wall next to it. The body can be found under the water tank in front of the old switching station (near where Dutchman's body is originally found). She also had instructions on her advising that the package would arrive at midnight.
