Dustin "Dusty" Polanski[1] was an employee at Nuka-World before the Great War.
Background[]
Dusty left Sabir a holotape about a visit he received from Ernie Messinger while working at the Nuka-World power plant. Ernie confronted Dusty about the company storing waste under the World of Refreshment, as the barrels were leaking and causing a mess. However, the runoff was only going into the river of Nuka-Cola Quantum. Dusty asked Sabir if he could call Troy to let them use the Fizztop Grille for storage, since there was so much space there.[2]
