Dunmore homestead is a location in Nuka-World in 2287.
Background
The location is home to the Dunmore family, including Brett, Kali and Monique Dunmore. Brett and Monique are former Gunners, who left the organization to live a peaceful life on their homestead as traders with their daughter, Kali.
Layout
The property has includes a large silo, a farm plot to provide the Dunmore family with food, and their shack. Their shack has three rooms, one bedroom with one bed, a mattress and some containers, a living room with two chairs overlooking the Nuka-World junkyard and one kitchen containing a cooking stove. The Sole Survivor can find a couple of yao guai north of the property.
Related quests
- Concierge: Mercer's new Railroad agent, Caretaker, needs help clearing a location so that he can make progress on helping a synth escape the Commonwealth. If the location is assigned to this quest, the whole family needs to be killed.
Notes
If the player character has already wiped out the gangs in Nuka-World, in their first conversation with Brett, the player character will have a chance to speak of it. In appreciation, Brett offers both a discount on merchandise and the key to his safe, due west of the homestead.
