Doctor Duff is a scientist living in the Science! Center of Diamond City in 2287.
Background
She is in a relationship with Professor Scara.[1] In contrast to her partner's serious nature, Duff is very light-hearted and eager to teach and conduct experiments. She is also rather condescending towards the player, talking to them as if they were a young child.
