Characteristics
A leather, belted trench coat with hide gloves, shirt, pants and boots. It does not provide any resistance to any damage types.

- One can be found in The Whitespring Resort.
- One is situated hanging from one of the lockers around Cell Block A in Eastern Regional Penitentiary.
