The drained flamer fuel is a miscellaneous item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
A drained flamer fuel tank is the byproduct of a spent flamer fuel tank. They are flamer tanks with very little fuel left in them. Not enough to use for a shot from a flamer, but enough that, if a player gathers more of them, the remaining fuel can be pooled together to make fresh, usable tanks. When dropped, it has the appearance of an energy cell.
