Double Eleven, or Double 11, is a video game development studio based in Middlesbrough, United Kingdom.
Beginning in 2021, and announced in 2022, Double Eleven and Sperasoft have worked with Bethesda Softworks to co-develop Fallout 76.
Background[]
Double Eleven were founded in 2009 and are best known for their work on Rust, Limbo, LittleBigPlanet, Goat Simulator and Prison Architect. In late 2020, talks began between Bethesda and Double Eleven regarding work on Fallout 76. Double Eleven began to help co-develop Fallout 76 in 2021, and the partnership was announced in early 2022.[1] Double Eleven employees have been credited on Fallout 76 since the release of Test Your Metal in June 2022. The company contributed significantly to multiple updates, including, but not limited to, Nuka-World on Tour,[2] Once in a Blue Moon,[3] Skyline Valley,[4] Milepost Zero[5] and Gone Fission.[6]
