Dottie is a harborman residing on the Island in the Fallout 4 add-on Far Harbor.
Background[]
In 2287, Dottie is sent by Teddy Wright to act as a witness to the Sole Survivor's attempt at completing the "Captain's Dance" at Emmet's Causeway. After seeing them defeat several sea creatures including a mirelurk queen, Dottie returns to Far Harbor to offer his account of the Survivor's success at Teddy's urging. After one or two in-game days, he disappears from the Island.
