Sergeant Donnelley was an Enclave officer stationed at the Whitespring bunker in Appalachia prior to 2102.
Background
As a non-commissioned officer of the Enclave, Donnelley was routinely charged with tough jobs by Captain N. Jackson. Once, he suffered a near-fatal accident while installing a surveillance dish in Charleston.[1] However, he showed potential and was on track for taking a shot at the promotion process at Camp McClintock.[2]
During the uprising, Donnelley sided with Santiago loyalists. After her revival, the general ordered him to mine the MODUS memory banks. Although he was successful, MODUS' sudden uprising and robot attack resulted in his death.[3]
