Father Donald is a Christian priest of Cold Water in 2197.
Background
Father Donald is a drunk who is trying to give a sermon on the evils of gambling. He isn't doing a very good job. He has secret room behind his church, which contains some weapons (M-249 SAW, 200 7.62mm rounds and flamer) and metal armor Mk II
