This note can be found pinned to a stop sign below a guard tower with a nearby deathclaw cage, in the southeastern area by the arena dome in The Rust Kingdom.

The Deathclaws inside are currently undergoing starvation training.
If I find out any of you are messing with them, I'll make sure that the offenders will become their first meal.
