Doctor Dias's brain is a quest item in the Fallout 76 update Wastelanders.
Characteristics
It is the brain of Doctor Dorothea Dias, preserved in a jar labelled "Doctor Dorothea Dias, Head of Immobile Weapons Research." It is ready for installation into a robobrain and can be made into the prepped Doctor Dias brain. With Intelligence 8+, it can be inspected further to determine that Doctor Dias "might have... an unstable personality."[1]

It can be found at the RobCo Research Center only during the quest Duty Calls.
