A doctor's bag is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics[]
A leather bag containing the tools used by a physician to heal crippled limbs, serving this purpose in both normal and hardcore modes. The bag may be used to heal all limbs for a small amount, or through the stats screen, can be applied to a single limb for a much greater effect.
Aside from a doctor's bag, in hardcore mode, the only other ways to heal crippled limbs are to be healed by a doctor, using Hydra, sleeping in an owned bed or using the aid items healing poultice, daturana or weapon binding ritual from the Honest Hearts add-on.
Crafting[]
The item can be crafted at a workbench.

Behind the scenes[]
The symbol depicted on the doctor's bag is the Caduceus, commonly and erroneously used as a symbol of medicine while actually symbolizing commerce due to being the staff carried by the Greek god of heralds and merchants, Hermes. A more accurate symbol would be the Rod of Asclepius, named after the Greek god of medicine, Asclepius.
