The distiller shack is an unmarked location in the exterior of Nuka-World in 2287.

Layout

Nestled into the hills due south of the Morton residence, the location consists of two recreational vehicles and an open shack with a roof in the center. Both vehicles are inaccessible, as one is overturned and has a tree growing out of it, while the other is filled with tires. Several bone parts and wild vines are found in the area, but only one of the vines, just south of the shack, can be harvested.

A chemistry station and a Novice-locked chem cooler on a makeshift table are northwest of the shack, with an Expert-locked safe near the table behind a rusted and overturned Corvega Blitz.

The central shack has several wooden barrels, a brewing vat, and an ammo box, with a headless skeleton hanging down through the roof. The small triangular hut next to the table shelters a mattress and a Master-locked floor safe. The roof of the shack can be accessed via a crude walkway starting behind the tire-filled RV.

Notes

A single yao guai spawns north of the location and usually roams around it.

Appearances

The distiller shack appears only in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.

Behind the scenes

Based on the location's editor ID (DLC04POIDL02), the shack was created by level designer Drew Langlois.
