Dirty cheat is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.

This note is found inside of a shed, underneath the Highway 35 water tower, an unmarked location west of Highway Town and southwest of Sandy's Sock Hop. The note is on top of an overturned crate.
