Dion Francis DiMucci (born July 18, 1939), also known mononymously as Dion, is an American singer-songwriter of rock and roll, doo-wop, and R&B styles. He recorded the song "The Wanderer" in November 1961, which appeared on the Fallout 4 soundtrack. In 2017, this resulted in a lawsuit against ZeniMax Media, for allegedly using said song without having consulted with Dion beforehand. Although the lawsuit was dismissed in 2018, these legal issues and further licensing complications likely led to the removal of "The Wanderer" from Fallout 4, as it was patched out of the game with the release of Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition in 2025.
