Background
Dino was in marching band in high school, where her met his wife Carla, a fellow band member. Dino and Carla lived together in a low population vault for several years. When celebrating the couple's 50th wedding anniversary, Dino is agitated by the interrupting Vault Dwellers, while Carla takes interest in them.
