Dillo is a member of the Blood Eagles under Tally Lang in Appalachia.
Background[]
Along with Tally, Eightball and Needles, Dillo tracked down the Hellcat Company into Vault 96 in search of valuable loot. However, he became trapped when Edgar Blackburn shut the doors.
