This note can be found pinned to a board, on the first floor employee office break room, in the large southeastern building in the center of Fort Steuben.

Dilapidated Rooms
Hey, everyone, we've been made aware that a number of buildings around the fort are unsafe for customers.
We cannot afford to repair all the buildings, which leads us to a new strategy we're going to trial: When customers arrive at the fort and receive their costumes, we will put them to work! Tell them that troops would be tasked with carrying out repairs on the fort during downtime. They get to live out their fantasies of being a soldier, we get free repairs. It is a win-win situation. Just make sure all equipment is returned before they leave; we don't need any extra costs right now.
If you have a problem with the trial strategy, you can hand in your resignation.
