Diana Sowle (June 19, 1930 – October 19, 2018) was an actress who voiced Old Lady Palmer, Agatha, Manya Vargas and Margaret Primrose and various other elderly female characters in Fallout 3.

Sowle was most notable for her role of Mrs. Bucket in the 1971 film Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, and her performance of the song "Cheer Up Charlie" in that movie.
