Desperate plea is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.

The note can be found on the floor next to a mattress, in the rightmost empty prison cell (next to Silas') during Welcoming Committee, in the Rust Kingdom arena. Another opportunity to get the note is available when returning to the arena during When the Rust Settles.
