Den Mothers are creatures in Fallout: New Vegas. the Den Mother is more so a formidable enemy than her weaker fellow Night Stalkers.
They appear to have a canine body, but with a rattlesnake-like head and tail. They also possess fangs, forked tongues, and snake-like eyes. Nightstalkers are the results of splicing coyote and rattlesnake DNA. In-game, they sound like regular coyotes with baby shakers. The Nightstalkers have the ability to cloak. They gained this ability from chewing on stealthboys from Nightkin corpses.

Den mothers appear in Fallout: New Vegas.
There is a den of nightstalkers in the Morning Star Cavern which is found east of the Mojave Outpost.
There are also several in Charleston Cave northwest of Jacobstown.
