David P. Strauss was a computer technician that worked for the Responders. He provided maintenance to the terminals at Morgantown Airport.[1] He and Sanjay Kumar undertook a reconnaissance mission to Mama Dolce's Food Processing plant to determine whether or not the machines could be made operational again.[2]
