David Dobert is a developer who worked at Bethesda Game Studios Austin on Fallout 76 as a level designer.

Work on the Fallout series[]

Dobert was the main level designer for the Monongah Mine as part of its expansion for A Colossal Problem.[1] Dobert was also the level designer for the Enclave research facility, introduced in Steel Dawn.[2] Other locations that Dobert worked on include the hidden crevice section of Uncanny Caverns, the FEV production facility, the Harpers Ferry tunnel and the makeshift vault, all added in Steel Reign.[3][4][5][6] Dobert worked on the level design of the Sanctum in Expeditions: The Pitt,[7][8][9] and held the position of senior level designer for contributions to Expeditions: Atlantic City,[10] including designing the Aquarium of the Atlantic.[11] Although he was still part of the Bethesda Game Studios Austin team, Dobert was moved to the "additional level design" section of the in-game credits with Skyline Valley, indicating he had ceased active work on Fallout 76 by that point.
