Daniel T. "Dan" Lee is an artist who worked at Bethesda Game Studios on Fallout 3 as a world artist, on Fallout 4 as a special effects artist and on Fallout 76 as the art outsourcing lead.
Career[]
Work on the Fallout series[]
Lee worked on visual effects and animations for Liberty Prime's death sequence during Death From Above in the Fallout 3 add-on Broken Steel. During the development of Fallout 4, Lee continued his work in visual effects, including for the opening of Vault 111, the elevator, the cryo pods and the Sole Survivor's hand against the sunlight upon emerging from the Vault. He also began working in art outsourcing review on Fallout 4, a role which he continued into Fallout 76 as the game's art outsourcing lead.[1]

Lee first worked at Bethesda Game Studios as an intern during the development of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (2006). He later worked as an art lead for Oblivion's remaster in 2025. Lee has also worked on Creation Club systems for many of Bethesda's games.
