Daddy-O addiction is an addiction type in Fallout 4 and Fallout 76.

When consuming the chem Daddy-O, each used dose will have a 35% chance to cause addiction. Upon gaining a Daddy-O addiction, the player character suffers a permanent -1 penalty to Intelligence (Fallout 4) / Perception and Intelligence (Fallout 76) unless and until it is cured. The addiction can be cured by visiting a doctor, taking addictol, eating a radscorpion egg omelette or drinking a refreshing beverage.
