The Dabney homestead is a location in the Mire region of Appalachia. It is a public workshop with claim and defend event quests.
Background[]
Located near Valley Galleria, this small, derelict homestead succumbed to the Mire, but can still be taken over by enterprising dwellers.
Layout[]
There are two main buildings on the homestead, including a ruined two-story house and a barn sitting next to a silo. Inside of the barn is an armor workbench. The barn contains a Picklock level 3 safe on the second floor, along with minor loot.
The build area for the workshop encompasses a roughly circle-shaped area, bounded by the derelict buildings. It offers six food, eight water, three copper, and fertilizer, concrete, wood, and junk resource nodes (one each). Junk, copper, fertilizer and concrete deposits can all be extracted here.

- Dear Tucker - Tacked to the left of the front door of the house.
- Potential armor mod plan - In the barn on the first floor, on a small metal table near the stairs.
- Potential weapon mod box - In the barn on the second floor, to the right of the safe.
