DLC05TestPhil is a test cell in Mothership Zeta that can only be accessed by using console commands.
The console commands to enter these rooms are COC <cell name>, as it can only be accessed by console commands it must also be exited this way (i.e. COC DLC05EngineCore).

DLC05TestPhil features the following;
- 10x buttons.
- 3x teleportation matrix's that teleport you to various rooms (3 total) of the cell.

- 1x Samurai's sword

- 1x Electro-Suppressor

Using the plasma mine world model:
- 3x Portable Cover
Using the drinking fountain world model:
- 1x Alien Weapon Recharge Station (When activated will remove all damaged weapons, repair them to 100%, and give them back to the player)
Using the Chair01.NIF world model:
- 1x Captain's chair.

DLC05TestPhil appears in the game files of the Fallout 3 add-on Mothership Zeta. This asset is a test cell and is not used in-game.
