Cutscenes are non-interactive sequences in a game that consist of either cinematics or in-game footage.
Narrator[]
The "narrator" voices the intro cinematics, chapter overviews, and ending slides across the Fallout series. In all games save Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel and Fallout 4, Ron Perlman voices the narrator, including the series-wide quote, "War... War never changes." Tony Jay provides the narration in Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel and in Fallout 4, the narrative voices are provided by the Sole Survivor's male and female voice actors, Brian T. Delaney (intro and male character endings) and Courtenay Taylor (female character endings only).
