The custom robotic assembly platform or assembly platform is a world object in Fallout 76, introduced in the Wild Appalachia update.
Background[]
A United States product of RobCo Industries first copyrighted in 2075, a platform running version 8.31.84 is found in Lewisburg, previously utilized by Calvin van Lowe for the modification of robots.[1][2]
Van Lowe specifically used the custom robotic assembly platform to modify two Assaultron units, serial numbers RX-0022CDF9 and 001432C3.[1][3] In order to access the terminal attached to the machine, the assembly password is required.
Locations[]
One is found in the secret basement of Van Lowe Taxidermy in Lewisburg.
Behind the scenes[]
- The "about" screen of the platform is a simple acrostic that spells out CRAP.[1]
- The model for the platform was originally created by world artist Jason Muck for the robot workbench in the Fallout 4 add-on Automatron.[4]
