Cultist incarnate helmet is a piece of headwear in Fallout 76, introduced in the Night of the Moth update.
Characteristics[]
A gas mask decorated with antlers and treated parts of a pig's head, representing an incarnation of something the Cult of the Mothman believe in. A limp hanging tube forms the muzzle, perhaps suggesting the snout of a tapir or similar creature.
It protects from airborne hazards.
Locations[]
- Craftable after learning Plan: Cultist incarnate helmet, obtained as a rare rewards from The Mothman Equinox seasonal event.
- Can be rewarded from The Mothman Equinox after all the event's plans are learned.
Notes[]
- The original cult outfit, the ritual bindings, has small antlers made from tree branches. The cultist elder hood worn by high priests of the Followers of the Winged One also sports prominent tree limbs resembling antlers.
- Most of the cult's totems are adorned with antlers as well.
- The gazelle gas mask added in Once in a Blue Moon is based on the same sheet of concept art from Night of the Moth, and resembles the cultist incarnate helmet.
