Cultist announcement is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Burning Springs update.
Location[]
The note can be found at Point Pleasant, within an altar in the middle of the North Road Bridge connecting Point Pleasant to the Burning Springs region.
Transcript[]
Brothers and Sisters,
With the repairing of the bridge complete, the time has come for us to begin our expansion into the west.
We move into the unknown in order to expand our sacred lands, but with the winged one watching over us, we shall prevail.
If any of us shall fall, find comfort in knowing that the wise and holy Mothman shall shepherd them to the divine light.

The note was first added to the game's files with the CAMP Revamp update, but was not properly implemented until Burning Springs.
