The cultist adept clothes and cultist adept helmet are an outfit set in Fallout 76, introduced in the Night of the Moth update.

Makeshift garb worn by members of the Cult of the Mothman.
Characteristics
Ragged and handmade in appearance, the outfit consists of all brown pants, a knee length tunic, boots and fingerless gloves. The helmet is made from a two tone brown material that covers most of the head.
