The crystallizing barrel is a weapon mod in Fallout 4. It is a barrel mod for the Cryolator. It does not require any perks to craft.

The crystallizing barrel changes the Cryolator's projectiles to cryogenic capsules while also increasing the weapon's range from 71 to 132. In addition to the change of projectile type and range, the crystallizing barrel also increases the physical damage to 21.
