A small casing, possibly containing liquid nitrogen, used by emergency services and in cryogenic weaponry.

Locations
- 200 cryo cells upon collecting the Cryolator (if previously using Dogmeat's exploit, one would check his inventory for the ammo, however as of the 1.6 patch this exploit no longer works).
- One can also find them sold as ammo from weapon merchants, such as Arturo Rodriguez in Diamond City, KL-E-0 in Goodneighbor, Alexis Combes in Vault 81, and Cricket, a traveling merchant.
- Fire brigadier protectrons drop cryo cells on death.
Notes
- It appears to be a blue skinned version of the fusion cell.
