Background[]
Crutchley is one of the many Mister Handies that serve Vault 76. It can be found roaming around the exit on the atrium's lower level on Reclamation Day, saying farewell to the Vault Dwellers as they leave to the outside world and instructing them to pick up their supplies at the various stations on the way out.
By 2103, it is still waiting on the individuals who have remained in the Vault living off the remaining provisions supplied by Vault-Tec until they finally decide to leave to explore Appalachia.
