Creeper was a member of the Cutthroats at the Top of the World.

Creeper used the customer comment terminal at the old A La Chez Burger restaurant. They commented that it was "dumb" but made them hungry, as they missed eating real burgers. Creeper ended their comment by saying "you all suck and CUTTHROATS RULE!"[1]
