Creations are pieces of additional downloadable content for Fallout 4. The terminology was originally introduced in 2017 for the Creation Club system. In 2025, the launch of Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition replaced Creation Club with the Verified Creator Program, and Creations thus also includes paid mods created by professional developers and fans alike, condensed into one "Creations" menu. While Creation Club was an official microtransactional storefront operated by Bethesda Softworks, verified Creations are more akin to paid mods and may be created without Bethesda's involvement (although they are still vetted and approved for sale by Bethesda).

The Creations menu also includes free mods, including pre-existing mods made in the original Fallout 4 Mods menu, made by community members without any oversight. Not all Creations are verified, and not all verified Creations are paid downloads, but those that are go through Bethesda's approval process as stated above.

Over 150 Creations were compiled into one DLC, released on November 10, 2025 as the Creations Bundle.

Bethesda Game Studios-produced Creations[]

Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition and the new Creations system launched on November 10, 2025, and included approximately 153 pieces of pre-existing Creation Club content. 18 new Creations authored (or presented) by Bethesda Game Studios were published with the initial release of the update, while one more Bethesda-presented Creation, "The Varmint Rifle," was released alongside a second patch on November 26, 2025.

This totals 170 Creations (63 if excluding skins), excluding Tale of the Beast Hunter and The Varmint Rifle, which are free but downloaded separately. If included, the number goes up to 172 (or 65 excluding skins).

Bethesda has announced that several additional free Creations will be added to Fallout 4 over time; so far, the only one revealed has been "The Varmint Rifle."[1]
