The crashed airliner is an unmarked location in the Mojave Wasteland. It is the crash site of a crashed pre-War airliner. It is southwest of Nipton Road Pit Stop. It is buried in the sand, and only the left wing and tail-fin are visible. It later becomes pulled out of the sand left there. An ammunition box is located under the back wing, containing 18 5.56mm rounds. Radscorpions may spawn in the area.
Judging by the look of the wreckage, no damage can be seen, so it is unlikely to have been shot down. It is possible that it had been flying when the time the bombs fell, and crashed due to the pilot being shocked or blinded by the explosions and ash clouds. Alternatively, it could have been brought down by the large EMP that was released by the bombs.
