Craig's bag is a paper note in Fallout 76, introduced in the Expeditions: Atlantic City update part two, America's Playground.
Location[]
The note can be found at the city hall in the flooded city center of Atlantic City. It is in the locked enclosure in Buttercup's office on the second floor, behind two security gates (Picklock 0, then 2). The note itself is on the ground next to a locked duffle bag (Picklock 1).
