The cowboy repeater maple stock or Cby. rep. maple stock is a weapon mod sold in Fallout: New Vegas.

Effects

This mod decreases the weight of the cowboy repeater by 1.5 pounds, from 5 to 3.5 pounds. The color of the stock and grip will change with this mod; making the wood look lighter, newer and better-kept.

Notes

Prior to patch 1.3.0.452, the maple stock was only worth 100 caps.

Bugs

PC Playstation 3 Xbox 360 Prior to recent patches, this mod did not actually decrease weight value. While the weapon's weight was shown as 3.5, it still took up 5 points of encumbrance in your inventory. This has since been fixed. ^[verified]
