The shack is located close to the Cottonwood overlook cliffside, with a wrecked truck on the edge, containing barrels of radioactive waste.

Inside is a simple layout with a workbench on the right side and shelves up the middle.

- Legion members may follow the Courier inside, to warn them to leave.
- One can find a single dose of Hydra and two empty whiskey bottles inside which violates the prohibition of drugs and alcohol Caesar's Legion upholds.
