Costa Business: Kieran is a side quest in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update.
It is the first of the seven Costa Business quests, which are non-repeatable and only one of which can be done per day.
Quick walkthrough[]
- Speak to Vinny Costa to start the quest.
- Check in on Kieran Kennedy. He wants toys for his adopted family back home.
- Collect five (5) Nuka-World toy trucks from Nuka-World on Tour.
- Return to Kieran. He is reconsidering whether he should give the gifts. Either encourage him or discourage him.
- Report back to Vinny to complete the quest.
