Costa Business: Eugenie is a side quest in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update.
It is the second of the seven Costa Business quests, which are non-repeatable and only one of which can be done per day.
Quick walkthrough[]
- Speak to Vinny Costa to start the quest.
- Check in on Eugenie. She wants to retrieve a private letter from a friend.
- Collect Eugenie's letter from a rooftop in Summersville. Although not necessary, the player can read her mail, against her wishes. Even merely examining the letter in the inventory will count as the letter being read and will result in a negative reaction from Eugenie.
- Return to Eugenie. Regardless of whether the letter is read, she will reveal that she has moved out and uses her own connections for supplies now, and is keeping it a secret from Vinny. Give her advice on what to do.
- Report back to Vinny to complete the quest. The option to tell Vinny about Eugenie's secret is available who will react positively for snitching. Otherwise, just tell him the job is done.
