Vinny Costa
Costa Business is a series of seven quests in Fallout 76, introduced in the Once in a Blue Moon update. Described as "one-off daily quests," they are non-repeatable and cannot be completed more than once per character. However, they are time-gated in that only one Costa Business quest can be completed per day, resetting at the same time as Daily Ops. They function similarly to side quests but with a delay between the quests, as only one of the seven can be done per day before completing the quest line.[1]
Each of the seven quests has a unique reward with Blue Ridge Caravan Company theming, ranging from CAMP items to outfits. They feature short stories focusing on various members of the Blue Ridge Caravan Company. To start the Costa Business quest line, speak to Vinny Costa at Big Bend Tunnel east.[1]

- Costa Business: Carver
Additionally, the side quest Protocol Adonais will unlock after completion of the seven Costa Business quests. Wolf in Sheep's Clothing and Out of the Blue must also have been completed.
